Unoffical Transcript/ Enrollment Verification none is working for approval

Hi everyone,

My university has removed a dated school ID, now when uploading unofficial transcripts or an enrollment verification letter (I paid $3.5 to get it). Git hub still rejects the application.

If your school no longer issues the old student ID, your enrollment verification letter should be enough. Sometimes the system rejects valid docs, so just submit it under “Other proof” or contact GitHub Education support
with the letter attached — they can manually approve it.
