My application to GitHub Student Developer Pack was accepted but not receiving benefits

Hi everyone,

Hello, i was approved 16 days ago (Approved on August 26, 2025 in the status) in github student developer kit and its still showing "We're still processing your application. Once this is complete you will have access to the student developer pack offers.". Is there anything can do? Its been along time.

That's because your benefits aren't available yet, you'll get a PRO badge on your profile once available:

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

My old account Account_A used my school email for the Student Pack.
That account has been deleted, and I merged my school email with my current account.
I would like to apply the GitHub Student Developer Pack to my current account.
Could you help me reset the eligibility for my email?
