Can't change OTP or create new account

Hi, I changed my phone and can't access my OTP anymore.
I haven't published any package for a few years, but now I need to upload a new one and I can't log into my account because I lost access to the old OTP.

I tried to reset it, but the support form is broken — the “How can we help?” select is disabled, so I can’t send the request.
I also tried to create a new account with another email, but it’s not allowed either.

I’m completely blocked and need to publish my package.
Please help me recover or reset the OTP on my account.

Thank you very much, I already reset the cache (a habit I have because I program in Next and in RN) and it doesn't work for me, I also tried it with another computer and it doesn't work, there are also several links that are broken, I also tried to make a new account and the button is disabled, the truth is that I don't know how to do it to be able to upload the package that I already made

It sounds like you’re completely blocked due to losing access to your OTP. Since the support form isn’t working and creating a new account isn’t an option, the best course of action is to contact GitHub Support directly via email: [email protected]

In your email, include:

Your GitHub username

The email associated with your account

A clear description of your situation (lost OTP, cannot access old device)

Any verification details you can provide to prove account ownership

GitHub Support can help you reset your two-factor authentication or recover access to your account safely.
