Unable to reverify/submit GitHub Education Benefits Application

Hi everyone,

When I got to click submit my Education Benefits Application form, after filling out all the fields when I click submit I am taken back to the page where I upload my ID where it simply shows a warning triangle over the image with no status. Without knowing what the error is, I am unable to reverify my account.

The image is a JPEG under 1MB in size as required.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @edenruffell,

Usually this issue is solved by submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC or by changing the extension of the file submitted from PNG to JPG or viceversa.

These users solved it by using the phone: #162877, #168688, #175904

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

Thanks Dave. Unfortunately, I still haven't been successful when using a different browser or device so I'll open a support ticket.
