Student status rejected

Hi everyone,

My institution doesn't provide me an academic email address so I'm unable to provide that. My institution is 10km away from my house so I don't appear near it and I go by a vehicle. due to this my application is rejected. How can I fix this

First off, ensure you have updated your billing information as we use this to compare to your evidence. Secondly you state that you are 6 miles away (10k) from your institution's campus. I believe you need to ensure your browser location is accurate and not use a VPN. We have had in the past successful applications from students using an academic email for this school - I would suggest you reach out to your school and request one if possible.
