GitHub Student Developer Pack not renewed using updated documentation

Hi everyone,

Hello,
I applied for the renewal of the GitHub Student Developer Pack using the same type of document I submitted last time, only updated with the new date. However, the request was rejected this time without a clear explanation.

Details:
• Previously approved using this same document format (now updated).
• I am currently an active student and the document proves my enrollment.

Could you please clarify what might be causing the rejection this year and what type of documentation I should submit to get the renewal approved?

The reasons of the denied say mostly :
My name doesnt appear on the document (False)
The name of the center doesnt appear on the document (False)
The document does not have a date legible (False)

I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed correctly.

Even more, since i was doing this before my pass from the last year expire, my current access that i still had for a few weeks, got revoked.
Please let me know if this is expected beheviour

Opening a ticket and marking it as "Other", did solve my issue
