We should be able to create and save queires like "draft:false is:open is:pr repo:hacs/default sort:created-asc"

Also if we create this sample filter on Browser we can't use it on mobile app because it reset the "is:pr" and "draft:false" parts because it is waiting only for "is:issue". There is no support for "draft:false" part.

It should be easy to support all filters on mobile.
