Just 2 days in after monthly reset (GitHub Copilot Free), and Copilot web chat / premium interactions completely blocked.

Note that this is not quota exhaustion — the limit itself is zero. Below is the entitlement response body from https://github.com/copilot :

Usage Details with Proof

Last reset date: 2026-02-17 (corroborated by entitlement, above and in screenshot below)

Used strictly Copilot Web to ask 3 questions about some referenced repos. No usage whatsoever of Copilot in VS Code, and no usage on any other devices.

Exactly: 3 conversations, 14 message turns (7 user messages, 7 model responses) — see proof in images.

Please confirm that this is indeed a backend entitlements issue and that it will be resolved, and not some shady new upselling method. And while I'm mostly joking, this definitely doesn't instil confidence in entitlement accounting — how do I know that if I was to pay for Pro, my usage would be correctly tracked and counted?
