Request to consider releasing a GitHub account from name squatting

Hi team,

I wanted to create an account with my name "omkaram". However, this account is already reserved and I am not sure if it's still active. I believe some user is just name squatting on this account for years. Can you kindly look into this account activity ones and tell me if it's being used actively? According to the GitHub name squatting policy doc, all accounts must be actively used and i doubt github.com/omkaram is still active.
