I kept building tools for my MCP server, but had no idea which ones were actually failing agents in production. They’d hit a wall, work around it, and I’d never know.

So I built PatchworkMCP — a drop-in (one file, any language) that lets agents report exactly what they needed, what they tried, and what was missing. When something surfaces, you can click a button and it takes the feedback, reads your repo, and opens a draft PR with the fix. Signal straight from the agents using your tools, all the way to shipping code.
