Custom UI Themes

Add a way to add/create custom themes apart from the default light and dark. As well as custom accent colours. (Maybe an option to have an in theme accent, like if a theme uses a specific accent there will be an option to use your own or use the themes.)
This could be implemented via something like importing a CSS file.
