Next OC architecture meeting

Hey everyone,

I want to restart the OC architecture meetings and talk more about some topics that may have been talked about in Graz.
For the next one, please vote here:

Poll for a time slot

Hopefully this can be a bi-weekly time slot (if not, I hope we'll find a fitting time slot in this meeting).

Possible topics to talk about:

• current state: metadata
• S3 and asset manager
• job-dispatching
• accessibility

Can we maybe do this as a regular meeting every two weeks after the technical meeting?

Easy to solve, Arne is only allowed to submit PRs for the Admin UI every two weeks :)

It's quite late, so I realize you don't really have the time to look at it before the meeting, but: here is my first draft. It is very much work in progress, as you will notice by all the "TODO"s and open questions.

In todays meeting, we should talk about:

• Where this should live (own repo like now? But in opencast org?)
• How we best work with this, e.g. how to best leave comments and discuss parts of it. (I plan on using GitHubs pull requests for that, more later)
