[CONSIDER]: Using Microsoft.Testing.Platform in templates

Currently, there are templates for MSTest/NUnit that are VSTest. Consider adding an option for MTP.

For xunit.v3, consider also making the template based on MTP v2 via https://www.nuget.org/packages/xunit.v3.mtp-v2.

Note that for MTP templates, you need to have a global.json specifying MTP.

Is there any breaking change in xunit 3 v3 that makes Reqnroll not to work?

Is this a suggestion that Reqnroll migrate its templates to MTP or that it support either?
