Note that if you experience multiple scaling operations failing (in addition to this one) and need to accommodate the aggregate quota requirements of these operations, you will need to request a higher quota limit than the one currently displayed.

I have a pay-as-you-go account (but it's still using the free credit).

Is there an additional step I need to go through for requesting additional quota?

Also, I wanted to note that despite this action failing, the exercise proceeded to Step 4, but ofc it stopped at the "Deploy web app container" action since I don't have an Azure resource.
