Could bun s3 support fully multipart uploads ?

In my understanding, calling a writer in s3 file creates a multipart upload, but if something goes wrong during the upload, there's no way to resume the upload.
AWS s3 client is quite complicated, but I like what has been done by Cloudflare on the R2 client : https://developers.cloudflare.com/r2/api/workers/workers-multipart-usage/
They expose 2 functions, createMultipartUpload and resumeMultipartUpload which give you a multipart object. Then you can upload or end the upload. This way you can resume uploads, which can be really convenient if you experience a crash server side.
Do you think it can be a good idea to improve the bun s3 client ?
