New tool: odbc-crusher (tests ODBC drivers for correctness and spec compliance.)

Hi!

As part of my efforts to learn more about ODBC drivers, I’m working on a small “a man and his LLM” project, here:

The goal is fairly simple: to exercise ODBC drivers in order to better understand their adherence to the ODBC specification, and to surface crashes, edge cases, and robustness issues under real usage.

This is FAR from complete -- it’s about the journey, not the destination.

I've run it against psqlodbcw and already have some initial results available:

This is very much a learning and collaboration exercise, not a “gotcha” project. I’d genuinely appreciate any thoughts, corrections, or suggestions.

My sincere thanks to the entire team for the work you’ve put into this driver 🙏. The psqlodbc project sources have been immensely valuable in my learning journey.
