Bump tmp and style-dictionary (#1257)

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [style-dictionary](https://github.com/amzn/style-dictionary). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `tmp`

Updates `style-dictionary` from 5.0.2 to 5.0.4
