Will melonDS support layout configuration import/export in the future?

I've noticed layout files aren't stored in Android/data/me.magnum.melonds/. Since configuring layouts manually is quite time-consuming, it would be helpful to have an easier way to back up these settings – perhaps by storing configurations in a dedicated folder like many other emulators do.

I agree very much with this suggestion. But there was a similar suggestion a few years back, and it doesn't seem like it was taken into consideration
