Individual game graphics settings

basically settings for each game individually in their graphics options since some games can't run well on higher resolutions than others and you have to lower the resolution multiplier on some games, but others run very well on higher res and look amazing as well as some games look better with the lcd filter and some don't. Really would be nice to have this option
