There is no option to do that, but I have been meaning to replace it with a nicer UI for a while now, which should make it less jarring. I really want to avoid adding more settings to control small stuff because there are already so many things inside the Settings and users just get lost in there. |

This port of MelonDS to Android is amazing. As someone who grew up using a Nintendo DSi, MelonDS has allowed me to relive that experience on my Android devices. Being able to use the NAND/firmware from my old DSi and boot into the original home menu is one of my favourite features.
While the experience has been very immersive overall, there is one small thing I'd like to suggest that could make it even better. When launching a game, a "LOADING..." text briefly appears on the screen. I understand that it's useful for indicating that the game is loading correctly, but seeing the text pop up when launching a ROM breaks the immersion for a second or two.
Would it be possible to add an option to hide the "LOADING..." text when launching a game?
If such an option already exists, please let me know. If not, I think adding it would make the experience even more immersive, especially for users who prefer a more authentic boot experience.
Thanks for the great work on this project!
