Help us recover our X/Twitter account

Hey folks,

Does anyone have any contacts at X/Twitter that would be able to help recovering our access to the official Renovate account, @renovatebot?

Unfortunately we've misplaced our multi-factor auth credentials, and are currently locked out of the account.

We've been via support (case ACCESS-7896653), but unfortunately they weren't able to help.
