Releases off main are currently broken

An FYI that we're currently investigating a failure in the prefetch step (https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/actions/runs/19625459620/job/56193387381#step:3:25):

Error: The template is not valid. /Users/runner/work/renovate/renovate/./.github/actions/setup-node/action.yml (Line: 26, Col: 12): hashFiles('pnpm-lock.yaml, package.json') failed. Fail to hash files under directory '/Users/runner/work/renovate/renovate'

This means no releases have been made since last week, but looking at the changelist (42.19.3...main) there aren't any big changes that need releasing, so it's less of an issue

This was due to an upstream change with GitHub's Actions worker image:

Now the change was reverted upstream, we can see 42.19.4 released
