Resubmission

I have:

  • Removed LICENSE file
  • Updated LICENSE field in DESCRIPTION
  • Included a separate file under inst with a required copyright notice (the corresponding copyright holder was already included in the Authors@R)

I have previously:

  • Fixed the date in DESCRIPTION
  • Fixed an http address to https in the README file.

Test environments

  • local macOS Mojave install, R 4.0.2
  • travis-ci, Ubuntu 16.04, R 4.0.2
  • win-builder

There were no errors or warnings.

  • unable to verify current time
