That error means Atlantis can't find the workspace directory for your repo and pull request—usually because the directory was deleted or never created. The most common cause is closing and then reopening a PR: Atlantis deletes plan and lock files when a PR is closed, but doesn't automatically re-run the plan when the PR is reopened, so Other possible causes: running Atlantis in a container without persistent storage (pod restarts can wipe the workspace), or case sensitivity issues in repo owner names (especially with Azure DevOps) leading to mismatched paths (details).
