Hello,

I was able to build Atlas but am having issues with the regression tests. I am getting the following output:

Actually just managed to fix it :). All the tests are passing now. I was building atlas but not the tests 😑

Ok, we found this issue last time I think with Rohan.

  include_directories(${SPARTA_INCLUDE_DIRS})

I was able to add include_directories(${SPARTA_INCLUDE_DIRS}/simdb/include) # Add this to the CMakeLists file, but I am still encountering the same issue when I tried to make.

Update your Atlas checkout and try again. If that still doesn't work, try deleting your release directory and rebuilding.

I am currently attempting to build atlas using a side build of sparta. But when I tried building atlas, I kept running into the errors below:

My guess is that I am getting these errors because HDF5 and libcurl are not linked properly, but I don't know how to fix the issue.
