XDM not being able to choose path whenever download starts

So i noticed after a misclick in the download popup,now everytime i download anything,it will be redirected to the default download folder(C drive/downloads) instead of being able to choose where to save the file. Any idea on how to revert this option back? Doesnt seem like its there on the tools/settings option
