RE: the Plus One, you can absolutely rename notes from their title at the top of the file. Just change the name and hit enter to confirm. |

RE: Viewing the entire workspace in the cards/list view, this is definitely something that continues to slip through the cracks because it's not something actively niggling at me in my day-to-day. The primary concern is what, exactly, somebody should click on in the sidebar to get to that state. |

I'm not sure what you mean with regards to your creation rule comments. Can you rephrase? |

a suggestion:
With a workspace, files in the root directory should also be listed in "thumb" / preview mode like in any sub-directory…
That is, multiple files visible (in preview / thumb mode), browsable, not just one file.
plus one:
Renaming the note could also be possible clicking in the "header" part of the doc,
not only in the library-view
This could be just a minor improvement, one can live without it...
However, some other markdown editors spoil us with this functionality, and I, for instance, have attempted renaming files like this in Tangent several times :)
plus one more:
Creation rules pane could have a little explanatory text, like the "lead" of an article,
telling that it is just the filename of a new note can be made uniform, per directory.
Otherwise one might think that content or format can also be set in "a template".
(Since it is called "creation rules", it is actually all clear. :) )
