the note's filename at the top could be customized (just a tiny additional idea) #331

Just an idea: I can imagine work areas where file names of notes work great as titles, and others where this is not the case. So would it be possible to display an h1 title, if available, in the style in which the file name is currently displayed, and then place the file name much smaller above it? I'm not sure if this is consensus, but in my opinion, it makes perfect sense to have only one h1 heading on a page (in HTML and comparable media). |

Custom styling is probably the right call here for now! It should be very possible to write a custom style that does exactly this. Use the inspector to see what classes you need to hit (and what selector priority you need to surpass—or just use There have been requests to make the "title" not the filename from a number of different places. Some folks want it to be their first |

It would be great if
the font-size of the top line (with the filename) could be set in the preferences / appearance, or in a custom style.
Sometimes I treat the filename as "the title"... sometimes not...
If the filename-line could be smaller,
then the "h1" line would be dominating in a document as "the title"...
A "small / medium / large" toggle would be great,
but a reference in a custom style would also be perfect.
One can easily live without it, nevertheless :)
Cause Tangent really is GREAT !!!
