Support for Python 3.11

I am using this for an internal tool at my work to help with scheduling and looking at usage on our multiple printers. I am running this web-server off of a raspberry pi 4 on raspbian with python 3.11.2. I would love to see an update to make this run off of python 3.11 to help with compatibility.
