Update transgui.lt

I tried Transmission Remote GUI and was very impressed. By the same, updated Lithuanian translation and added 13 additional missing phrase lines. May be, better was to add them in bottom, but I added alphabetically in the new string between (from 305 to the end)

I do not understand what the common translation file transgui.lt has with a broken link to OpenSSL libs error? Or I do not understood this log?
