just a few ideas on the topic in case anyone is interested
- check last deploy and not cancelled
- serial ... Pipeline + PipelineExecution + PipelineStep
- only modify when not executing
- only one at a time
- pipeline delegates to step for display / status
- show on project view + new pipelines tab
- datadog-step for metric (>= / <= X + scope) or monitor (reuse deploy-groups logic)
