Keybindings for grammer.check

Hi,

I am using this plugin for the grammer checks on .md files.
It calls grammer.check too frequently. I guess there is some auto trigger running behind the scene.

I would prefer this to be a manual trigger. Say pressing key1+key2 when I want to run grammer checks. Imaging that I do it before or after of every save.

Is it possible already? How can I configure it correctly if it is already supported?
If not, how can we add this functionality?
