[BUG] Fails to prevent dynamic ads and ads scripts

Describe the bug

The extension should protect against dynamic ads and ads scripts. Currently it does not.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://adblock.turtlecute.org/index.html
2. Let the test run
3. See errors bellow the test results (see screenshot bellow)

Expected behavior

Tests should pass with 100 score. Other adblockers with similar architecture (Wipr 2) already achieves 100 score.

Additional context

Other tests such as https://adblock-tester.com also return a 97 out of 100 score. While not ads are shown, there is a big empty box that do not appear with other adblockers with similar architecture (Wipr 2)

Adblock-tester will never get above a 97 (if you look at the failing test, it just says "cannot verify" which is a bug, but the ad doesn't load, so you can manually pass it). I'll look into the turtle cute issue.

I'm going to close this as the site seems unreliable. For example, I'm getting a 62/100 with uBlock Origin Lite with custom DNS settings even though all ads get blocked on all sites for me. The website itself acknowledges its limitations with compatibility, so it's really not a great way to measure content blocking performance. As long as ads don't slip through on real websites, it doesn't matter what score you get on these benchmarks.
