[BUG] Keyboard overlaps bottom menu when adding userscript/filter

Describe the bug
The keyboard automatically shows when you add a filter or userscript. The keyboard covers the bottom tab bar and the only way to close the keyboard is by clicking check button. The keyboard hides the bottom tab bar, which prevents users from noticing that they can add filters or userscripts in other ways.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click Add Userscript or Add Filter List
2. See keyboard automatically popping up

Expected behavior
The keyboard should not automatically focus or deploy upon clicking "Add Userscript" or "Add Filter List". Instead, the keyboard should only appear when the user manually taps a specific text input field (e.g., the URL or Title field). I've seen some community feedbacks show users are confused and think the app only supports "by URL" entry.

Fixed in 3a02265. The add filter/userscript sheets were auto-focusing the URL text field on iOS. Now only auto-focuses on macOS where there's no on-screen keyboard. Thanks for reporting @hooray804!
