[Feature] Keyboard Shortcuts

I would find it very useful if you added keyboard shortcuts for certain actions in the app like refreshing using command+r.

Hi! This is a great idea. I added the following shortcuts in 7abf476

Shortcut	Action
⌘R (Command + R)	Check for Filter Updates
⌘S (Command + S)	Apply Changes to Filters
⌘N (Command + N)	Add a Custom Filter List
⇧⌘L (Shift + Command + L)	Show Logs
⌘, (Command + comma)	Open Settings
⌥⌘R (Option + Command + R)	Reset to Default Lists
⇧⌘F (Shift + Command + F)	Toggle "Only Enabled Filters" View
