[Bug] Clicking 'Confirm' button on "New features & changes" pop-up should _confirm_ it

Every time I open/unlock 2fast, it shows the pop-up of "New features & changes," even after I've clicked 'Confirm'

Describe the solution

Don't show this pop-up anymore after confirming it, or add a checkbox to not show anymore.

The behaviour will be fixed with version 1.4.1.
