RHEL 8.4 onwards build issue

for required lib list

yum install kernel-headers kernel-devel gcc elfutils-libelf-devel make git libdwarf-tools python2-devel.x86_64-y

libdwarf-tools is not found as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1920624 8.4 onwards libdwarf-tools was deprecated.
aslo see https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/8/html/8.7_release_notes/deprecated_functionality

therefore, lime can not be build (make)

Could you please provide an alternative way to build on RHEL 8.4 onward.
