Changes

  • Bump CI action across all workflows. (Added a dependabot configuration file to automatically check for updates monthly and dependabot will create a PR if there is a new version of the action)
  • Set the default end of line (eol) to LF in .gitattributes.
  • Minor fixes and changes to README.
