Add missing configs (at least AMIP) for auto config updates

The auto-configs-pr.json file does not mention the AMIP config, and potentially the newly generated CN/CNP configs. Assuming that the repro tests work for those configs, we should add the corresponding config branches into the json file.

Do we want this @blimlim ? There are many configs, and we wouldn't add them all, but AMIP might continue to be used and be supported, so probably should add this ?

That sounds good to me, it would be good to have an emissions driven one in there too. Would changing the list to the configs we're planning to maintain make sense?
