Create KGOs for regression testing

Run the ancillary suite to create a set of known good outputs (KGOs) to use in regression testing. The KGOs should include both namelist files and ancillary files, concentrating on ancillary files, because namelist files could have extraneous changes.

The testing itself could use semantic comparison via (e.g.) mule-cumf or could use bitwise comparison via checksums.
