Support rAM3 #69
Description
We've done scaling tests for rAM3 which uses cylc. I think in principle, supporting rAM3 shouldn't be too difficult since again, it's just a bunch of config files that need modifying.
A big difference for rAM3 is that code is currently managed by SVN not Git.
Another big difference is the use of jinja templates in the config files. This would require additional parsers
