Add openssh versions

Overview

Added newer versions of Openssh package for ACCESS-NRI/system-tools issue #5.

The checksums were obtained using the spack checksum command.

Oh I thought I only added the line below (Added newer versions of Openssh package) as a commit message.
I added this commit with the Web Interface (to avoid cloning the repo because it takes a while). I'll fix it 😅
