Icon Changer 1.0 - Windows 7 Fix
This should fix SSL/TSL issue on Windows 7 devices and Windows 10 devices that use older versions of the .NET framework...

Hey guys, since a lot of players want to use the chinese chibi starter icons but aren't that much of a techie or just too lazy to go through all the steps necessary with rift-explorer I came up with this simple tool.
I haven't done too much testing yet but it seems to work fine, just put this together in like an hour so yea.
If you're having trouble executing it try to temporary disable your anti virus software!
KYS icon is a meme, no insult or recommendation. (Keep your socks though)
Known issues:
- The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
Which is odd because I explicitly worked around that issue. Seems to work on up-to-date machines.
Potential fix: - Install .NET Framework 4.7.2 or newer
- Use fallback method with rift-explorer
