There is no Cloud Proxy Configuration button/tile

Issue in ./help/assets/indesign.md

The section "Configure the proxy worker for InDesign Server" mentions that the user should click on the button/tile "Cloud Proxy Configuration" under AEM > Tools > Cloud Services, but there is no such button or tile. It seems to have been removed in some version of AEM 6.5

So, please tell the users to go to the URL "https://[aem_server]:[port]/etc/cloudservices/proxy/ids.html" to where the button/tile should take them.
