Navigator Styles tab-navigators-mobile with empty <a> tag not crawable

Issue in ./help/forms/using/styling-constructs-adaptive-forms.md
As for the lighthouse report forms in general show issues due to the tab-navigators-mobile with empty tag which are not crawable according to the report. This potentially is an issue for both SEO and Accessibility. Moreover, when hiding panels, they should also be hidden on mobile.

@bohnertchris Thank you for your kind reply. In the documentation I miss the part how to "style" the tab-navigators-mobile and how to add accessibility attributes to the anchor tag . (Instead, as suggested, for the problems with the product I will try to raise an issue with the customer care team.)
