Option to turn off fallback for Special Responses...

I dug through the code to try and implement this but I don't see an easy way for me to do so.

Since I have lots of custom special responses made I had noticed they don't show when it uses a fallback instance, and it uses fallback lots.

I have the same problem. When I try to delete additional sites, the search stops working altogether. Even when I try to remove sites from the search that no longer work or work very slowly, the search also stops working...
