this deploys the static appimage runtime which gets rid of the EOF libfuse2 dependency.

Turns out go-appimage isn't needed and this all can be done manually.

Tested on Bbuntu 20.04, Artix and Alpine, here is alpine:
EDIT: The appimage ends up being 56.1 MiB, smaller than the current one due to the zstd compression.
