With Marksman LSP server, I can call "Go to definition" for Yahoo ref, LSP plugin jumps to the bottom.
IWE is not tested by me, maybe it is IWE bug?

It's not an "issue", it just a feature which was not implemented. I'll try to add this. Not sure how exactly this should be expressed in LSP but there must be a way if marksman works.
