Describe the bug
When attempting to download a webtoon, the program returns an error. If Continue is chosen, the program hangs at scoping tab 5 until force quit.

Attempt to download webtoon https://www.webtoons.com/en/canvas/gl-roses-are-red-violets-are-blue-completed-/list?title_no=267633

While the error reports an issue with too many requests being sent to the server, this error doesn't occur with other webtoons downloaded immediately afterwards, so it may not be that error, or at least it may be something else leading to that error.
What I noticed was, when using other (less user-friendly) webtoon downloaders, they also struggled with the same specific webtoons. What the webtoons had in common was that some of the chapters had titles containing characters that (windows) won't allow as part of file/folder names (example &). Perhaps this is a starting point?
