lua script add capability to read rc failsafe event

I need to be able to check rc failsaife status event from lua script.

Can you add this feature ?

for example function radio:failsafe is on() that return true if rc failsafe is triggered.

There is a binding rc:has_valid_input() it is almost the same thing.
